At Gal Pals Gummies, we take pride in crafting small-batch, vegan, allergen-friendly hemp gummies made with love and care. Because our products are ingestible and federally regulated, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds once an order has been processed and shipped.

💕 All Sales Are Final

For safety and compliance reasons, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on any products — whether opened or unopened. Please double-check your order before completing checkout.

🌿 Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, don’t worry — we’ve got you covered.

  1. Within 7 days of delivery, email us at support@galpalsgummies.com.

  2. Include:
    • Your order number
    • The date you received the package
    • Clear photos showing the damage or defect
    • A brief description of the issue

  3. Once we review and approve your request, we’ll send a replacement bag of the same product at no charge.

Please note: Only one replacement per household will be issued.

🚫 What’s Not Covered

Our replacement policy does not apply to:

  • Products that were opened, used, or consumed (beyond a verified defect)

  • Issues related to personal preference (e.g., flavor or effect)

  • Damage occurring after delivery (e.g., heat exposure or improper storage)

  • Claims submitted after the 7-day window

⏰ Response Time

We strive to respond to all replacement requests within 2 business days. Approved replacements ship within 3 business days.
