So, you’ve got your gummies. Congrats—you’re officially cooler than kale. But let’s be real: figuring out dosing can feel like decoding your grandma’s handwriting on a recipe card. Too little and you’re just chewing candy. Too much and suddenly you’re convinced your dog is judging you. No worries! We’ve got you!
The Basics
Start low. Our gummies are federally hemp compliant—meaning you’ll feel it, but it’s not a rocket launch. A half gummy is a perfect place to start if you’re new.
Wait it out. Gummies take 45–90 minutes to kick in. Don’t be that gal who eats another “just in case” and ends up reorganizing her sock drawer during your gals night out.
